DC Contracting built this custom cabin and two-bay shop nestled in the mountains of Ashley National Forest. Our clients wanted a cozy feel with fire resistant finishes, low maintenance, and energy efficiency. The rock used on the fireplace and exterior of the cabin was from local rock right from the site. We also installed infloor heating to help with energy cost and comfort. We enjoyed having them involved along the way, creating personal touches. Some materials used were reclaimed from their previous cabin. Finished pictures coming soon!
